Hey, Everyone!!
Yes, it’s been a couple of days since I dropped into your inbox – I’ve been grinding away on the new 2023/2024 planners bundle that hopefully will drop next week and some other projects as well. LOL just not enough hours in the day to get it all done. And no, I do not have any staff, virtual or otherwise, I create all of my products and sales pages myself.

Yes, I DO realize that that may not always be the best use of my time, but having spent 30 years managing a team of sales reps and programmers – I do not want to be responsible for anyone other than myself. I don’t want the confines of daily meetings to make sure that everyone is on task, or having ‘hard’ deadlines looming overhead because others are depending on me.

I run my business with a casual approach, I set deadlines but they are carved in sand, not stone. If I make them – fantastic! If I don’t? oh well….

I think we too often forget WHY we are homepreneurs, and are too hard on ourselves. I freely admit that when I need to – I am a terribly you-know-what of a boss, but I also tend to forgive myself if I don’t get quite as much done as I wanted to. I take the time to go to a movie with the Hubby, or an outdoor concert in the middle of the week.

There are no magic buttons to push to make a zillion dollars overnight online (if you find one – please send your affiliate link ASAP!!) but we have so many ways to create a true life-friendly business online, from product creation to blogging, and everything in-between, that I cannot imagine doing anything else!

Yep, the hours are sometimes long and not everything always goes quite as planned (helllloooo, gremlins!) – but it still beats 99% of the options out there 😉

This is a wonderful, easy-to-set-up WordPress plugin for collecting and displaying reviews from your customers. It’s a one-time cost unlike most that are monthly or annual licenses. From Matthew McDonald, this is a definite winner for me! Excellent video on the sales page that walks you through everything.
