LOL could not understand why my productivity is down so much until I realized that between daily calls with my mom and dealing with food and med needs for her and us, I am losing more than 2 full days of work time every week! YIKES!! So, trying to be a bit kinder to myself and stop stressing over it so much. Things are what they are right now, and the extra tasks are not going to go away anytime soon. So - if you don't feel like you are getting as much done as you should....take a few minutes to sit down and see what has been added to your plate since all of this started and the time these extra tasks are taking. From dealing with deliveries to sanitizing everything around you (here kitty, kitty...), you might be surprised at how it adds up!

On the last call with Ruth Bowers, one of the big topics was list building - how and why to do it, and most importantly, the time and cost of building that list!
