When the 'To-Do' list becomes the 'OMG!!" list!
|
I have never been a 'good' sleeper, but over the years, I have learned that writing everything down as it occurs to me in the evening (when I am actually away from the computer) is a great help because then my brain stops worrying that I will forget something the next day. So I keep a pad and pen with me, and as random 'to do' list thoughts pop up over the course of the evening, I jot them down, then I start the next day by reviewing that list and prioritizing the tasks for the day. And then you get a day like today where you realize you have a gazillion things that need to be done and they are all TOP PRIORITY!! LOL...obviously you cannot do them all at once, but they HAVE to get done, so I tackle them in order of the ones I dislike the most first, because if I don't..those are the ones most likely to get pushed to the next day.
