It's a snowy Saturday here in Cincy, but the sun is out finally, so it's bright and cheery even if it is bitter cold today. I have been here 20 years now and still not used to the cold!

Off Topic but here goes anyway....LOL!! About 10 years ago, I discovered, pretty much by accident, that my life long gastro issues were caused by a wheat/gluten sensitivity. I am not celiac, but my life is much better without wheat than with it. I do 'cheat' occasionally, but it's not an everyday occurrence.
