OMG!!! IT'S FIXED!!!!
So, we finally are able to process payments again, and I have not discovered any new bugs yet today, so I am hoping we are back in business. I can honestly say that neither our host nor our membership software provider came anywhere close to meeting expectations. Support that took 24 hours to respond in both cases and that made it clear that no one was actually READING the support tickets, as the responses were 'cut and paste' that had nothing to do with the issues that we were experiencing. The hosting issues have been going on since November, and as it turned out - the issue was a simple one that someone should have discovered with the first ticket in November. Frustrating but we are finally fully operational again....I think. But also a reminder that there are aspects of our business that are simply out of our control no matter how hard we try!!
