Hey, everyone!!
Yea!! It's Friday and that means I won't see that slave-driving old lady I work for until Monday!!

Yep, still working on that 4 hour workweek.
We may succeed in breaking away from the corporate world, but the truth is that until you hit the point where you can outsource certain tasks, there is a good chance that you are going to be working as many hours as you did on your J.O.B. and possibly more. Possibly a LOT more...but we do it anyway.
Since switching careers at the tender age of 65 😁, I have worked more than my share of 80 hour+ weeks, and TBH, since I had no clue what I was doing a good deal of the time, it was kinda tough to outsource much. As you all know - cuz you were there! - I was flying by the seat of my pants and without a safety net last year, but we put on the Homepreneur Summits, and The Side Hustle events and lived to tell the tale anyway!
However... it's tough to hand off tasks when you are learning as you do ;-)
Now, though, I have process flows and checklists in place now for so much of the business, that I am finally at a point where I can start handing things off.

I love the design process, so that is a keeper but social media marketing? YIKES!! Yes, I know that I need to be posting more in so many places, so that will be a major hand-off to someone. I have all of the software to make it all work and it really is not that difficult...but I keep finding other things to do instead...
|
Like, clean the kitty litter boxes...or pretty much anything else you can think of LOL!

I am just so not a social media person but I am a marketing person, so I DO recognize the importance of getting this done - and that means outsourcing.
Will this reduce my workload? In all honesty, probably not initially, because my goal for 2022 is creating more evergreen products such as courses, Boot Camps, and Challenges. But outsourcing many of the current marketing tasks will allow me to use that time for other types of revenue-producing activities. And, since these are products that sell well through social media, ultimately, more passive/evergreen income WILL reduce the current workload.

I also invested heavily in software tools in the last half of 2021, and I am putting them into play now, with the end result of automating quite a few tasks. Once I learn them all and have my cheat sheets done, I can hand the set-ups off to someone else so that the tasks are being done consistently, rather than the hit and miss proposition that is me right now!
What would you like to hand off to someone else? What is the hurdle keeping you from doing this right now? Is it revenue, confidence, or just the inability to find someone you can trust with your business?

Neil Napier launched a suite of 9 different software this week, that many of you will be interested in as it replicates most of the Adobe Suite features but at a fraction of the cost - PowrSuite .

If you are just starting out, and don't have the budget for Photoshop, ClickFunnels, Canva, Illustrator, etc. - PowrSuite is a great alternative at only $39!
I will warn you ahead of time, PowrSuite is NOT a full-featured replacement for the above pro-level apps - but then it's not going to cost you $59 a month either.
It IS a solid and working substitute that is more than sufficient for 95% of us - and if you need more 'power', then there is a good chance that you can afford to bump up to Adobe Suite!
But until then - it's better to start with something like PowrSuite than not get started!
