We've taken a little time off the last few days, just a few hours here and there, but there has been a lot of 'stuff' going on, and we needed a bit of a mental break. And it helped tremendously! As did the stop at an incredible little bakery we found on the way back from the twins' football game this am. Calories don't count at cute French bakeries, right?
|

And on to business stuff
How's that for a segway?...did ya notice how smoothly I changed topics there?? LOL...not...
There seems to be an extraordinary amount of pretty good written PLR content out this week - and even though I am technically in the Low-Content niche as a content creator, I use a lot of written PLR as blog content, seed material for newsletters, and I will be using more in 2022 as we create more Workbooks and "prompted" journals and Planners.

If you have been in any of the recent workshops, we have discussed how to use written PLR in the digital planners to create new and unique products with a higher perceived market value.
|
But there are so many concerns around using PLR content, that too many folks buy it and are scared to death to use it! PLEASE!! Do not do that! PLR content is one of the best ways to build out your blogs and when you run out of ideas for your newsletter - it's a great starter to get you going! I have a huge folder of PLR material and trust me when I say that it is NOT gathering digital dust on the hard drive!
However, using it correctly and not running afoul of the various rights (PLR, Reseller, Master rights...blah, blah, blah,) is always a concern - as is the MYTH of being penalized for DUPLICATE CONTENT by the Big G, aka GOOGLE. And yes, folks, it really is pretty much a myth - at least for the ways that most of us will use our PLR.
