My apologies to all, but I am not going to be able to make our scheduled zoom today. As you are probably aware, Bi\ob had his hip replacement surgery Monday. All went very well BUT between the scheduled exercises and ice pack regimen today, I am basically running up and down the stairs every 15 to 20 minutes - there is no way I can get an uninterrupted block of time in for our session today!
