If it seems like my emails are getting later and later - you are right! The rains have finally stopped and we have been trying to get the yard cleaned up and the gardens finished before our annual Father's Day cookout, which has been tough between the rotten weather and Bob's rotten hip! But we are managing - it won't be perfect but with this crowd, they won't notice much as long as you feed them ;-)

To say that the week is a little overloaded is an understatement - we started with the graduation party, the BC Stack launch, and the interview with Dan, then TODAY is the (almost missed!) 1 year anniversary of the Kitchen Sink Mastermind, Thursday is our 20th wedding anniversary, Sunday is the big cookout, and Monday - Bob's off to get his hip replacement. And that does not include 2 products coming out, Ruthie's bundle deadline looming, and a couple of more events on the horizon.

Gotta love this whole retirement thingie, don'tcha?
And about that 1 year anniversary of the Kitchen Sink....I really have no idea when we started but that is the date that I officially put up the page according to the website....too much craziness to celebrate right now...but trust me....we will be doing something next month when things are bit quieter (yeah right...) ;-)
We have accomplished too much in the last year to ignore such a landmark!!!

Yes, it does suddenly seem as though there are a lot of 'automated' content and site builders hitting the market, but I flip sites several times a year and anything that comes with Developer rights is ALWAYS of interest - and flipping sites is not as tough as you might think!
I like this one because it adds in Clickbank products for easy monetization - I prefer to use Clickbank for site flipping because virtually anyone can open a Clickbank account so you don't have to worry about the new owner being approved to promote to programs you are using to monetize the website ;-)
