Well, I KNEW it was too good to last - the sun is already gone and the gray skies are back. But it is supposed to be in the 90s by the end of the week, and the 17-year Cicadas will be in full hatch by then.
|
So let's see - the month of May here at the Cabin will include flood, pestilence, and plague - the Trifecta of mythological disasters.

Expense or Investment??
If I can make money from it - it's an investment....whether it is software, a course or PLR - if I can recover the cost in 60 - 90 days, I will buy it if it fits a niche that I can create a product for or if it can help me build my list! And trust me when I say that it took me a while to make this 'mind shift' as I was raised in a family where every penny counted and there were no extra ones to be had!

I have a vision of where I want to be this time next year, and these are tools that will help me get there. One of my main goals this year is to add more evergreen products such as courses to the product line, but I have not really found the platform that 'did it' for me. None of them were just what I was looking for...something that would accommodate the 'bite-size' trainings that I have in mind....

There was still a piece missing but today, I think, I found it in a new software product just released, Challenges by Member App.

This is a new software by long-time developer Sam Bakker that lets you quickly create time-based or evergreen challenges In minutes. I love the dashboard as it is very clean in design and extremely intuitive to work with!

I DID pick up the Agency ALL-ACCESS because it includes video hosting, but it is a monthly fee, so think about that one if you are not going to this right away. But it really offers a lot of extra features such as gamification AND affiliate management which is a nice feature, especially if you have not picked up aMember yet.

For me, this was a no-brainer purchase, because this will let me formalize the informal challenges that we have been doing for months, and I hope it will get more people to the finish line! Challenges are also super easy to promote via podcasts and Zooms, and a fantastic introduction to your courses and other products. You can offer Challenges as freebies or low-cost tripwires as the first step in your funnel.

And the best part is that it is only $47 right now ($67 if you want commercial rights, but unless you plan on setting these up for others - save that $20!)
