As a follow-up to yesterdays' newsletter regarding the right and wrong way to use CreativeFabrica images, two readers, Catherine Beebe and Amy Smereck, and reminded me that Print-On-Demand (POD) also has it's own special parameters, and that is that POD rights ONLY extend to using the image on PHYSICAL products.

In other words - you CAN use a POD image 'as is' on a PILLOW but NOT on a digital or print-at-home product, whether it is intended as wall art or a printable or digital planner.

So the bottom line is that if you intend to use a Creative Fabrica image on anything OTHER than a physical product that will be delivered to the customer, either by you directly or a third party print on demand company, you must make significant changes to the image!

And one last disclaimer:
I am NOT an attorney. The examples above are based on conversations with CreativeFabrica, and they can change their terms at any time!
To the best of my knowledge, this is an accurate interpretation of their License/Terms of Use at this point in time ;-)

We do tend to go a little overboard for these things, but we enjoy cooking and Bob loves to decorate .... everything ...he will hang bunny ears on the cats if he could (trust me, he can't, he's tried...). The big change this year though is that there is no egg hunt this year! With one boy about to graduate and the twins now freshman in high school, that era is done. Darn, I miss eating the leftovers ;-)

The more I hear about this from others that have attended past workshops, the more interested I am becoming! Over 3 days of the training, we will create an outline and then a course...and yes, by the end of Day 3 - they claim we will have a course ready to sell.....but right now it is about $11.00 (I think it is on a dime sale), and there are a HUGE amount of bundles included in this FE as well. (The really odd thing is that I was just thinking about exactly this format last night for a series of 'bite-size' courses, so this is definitely serendipity for me!).
