I have no idea, which tells you how organized I am right now. As you may recall, we have had an unexpected not-very-good event in the family, and while we will all probably survive and get through this - Christmas has been turned upside down, while we move the family dinner and try to figure out who is going to be where and oh yeah - who is actually cooking what? Sigh...I was not prepared for this and my end-of-year promotions are being shoved to the back burner so that the bigger projects will get done.
But it is what it is, so there is no point in stressing over it. Just time to re-prioritize and get moving around/over/through these temporary obstacles to get the work done.

I have had a lot of questions about MARKETING BLOCKS - and concerns from folks that were not able to get it now, because hey!! IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!
Here's my take on big software deals: they are like buses. If you miss this one, wait a little bit and another one will be along shortly!
Especially with all of the AI tools right now - this is a MAJOR buzz and we are going to be seeing a lot more of these products in the coming months, so if you picked it up great, but if you did not - don't beat yourself up over it. I am sure there will be many more similar products coming along in the very near future!

As I mentioned in yesterday's newsletter, Google's newest criteria for ranking will focus on the writer's experience and proof of that experience. It is far too much for me to teach in this newsletter - but it is something that everyone needs to be aware of IF you are trying to generate organic traffic.

In a nutshell, Google has been placing weight on Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness - E-A-T - to provide the best possible customer experience for years. The latest update is simply adding an extra E in there - Experience - to try and insure more human-driven content shows up in the SERPS.
