Somedays I spend hours slaving over my newsletter and I get crickets...no comments and no response.
|
And some days, like Wednesday, the newsletter flows out in 15 minutes....and generates oodles of emails.
|
Those emails are what keeps me writing ;-)

That newsletter was about pivoting in your business, and I received so many responses that it's obvious that this is a topic on many minds right now.
Many are frustrated because they are working harder now than they ever did in their day jobs. Many are wondering just exactly where that elusive "Laptop Lifestyle" is...many are tired of buying courses that promise that you can quit your job if you just sign up today...

The truth is that this is still a business, and I have yet to figure out how to make it all run on autopilot. I still work hard, and often put in long hours, but for me, it's not so much so much about the hours I put in, but WHEN I work those hours. It's the flexibility of being able to catch my grandsons' ballgame (this afternoon) or taking the time to do my mom's grocery shopping on a Monday morning. It's being able to work when I want to - not when someone else schedules me.
And several commented on small 'tweaks' that had resulted in HUGE positive changes in their businesses - one of our Kitchen Sink members shared an inspiring tale that started with an article that we optimized for SEO in one of our Bootcamps and eventually resulted in being featured in a major curated Medium publication AND an invitation to speak at a coaching summit! And it all started with one article.....
There was no major investment involved, no weeks long time commitment - and it did not take any special expensive software.

Personally, I posted 2 articles (also optimized for SEO) on 3 social networks and saw a 57% increase in my page views over the last 30 days! See the screenshot above! Time involved - less than 2 hours!

Michael Cheney - love him or hate him - the man is brilliant at marketing and I read his newsletters, belong to his FB group and snap up his products. Just watching his follow-up email sequences is a college degree in email marketing.
|
His latest release, Partner & Profit, just launched today, and I picked up the FE and bump offer and the Double Your Traffic Fast OTO (I think it was #3) but I have to admit that they were all tempting. I have used several of the tactics from his last product and my page views are up by 30% in the last 30 days! Fist pump!!

And if you are having a tough time getting approved as an Affiliate - all customers will get approved to be an affiliate for this product, too! A great way to get your stats improved on W+!!

WP PopUnder is the latest release from Mark Hess and Michael Thomas, two of my fave WordPress peeps as you know. Although it leverages some 'old school' marketing tactics... it's added a very unique new twist that literally guarantees more traffic to any offer you want to promote.
In all honesty - Mark's video explains this so much better than I can here - I strongly recommend you check out the video above to see what this does - I think you will see the $$$ potential as much as I did!

If you want great content to create unique digital or printable planners or workbooks - Kevin's checklists are spot on! Create lead magnets with one or two checklists or bundle several together on a similar topic! These are super easy to work with and Kevin is one of the best in the IM biz to work with!
