Well, it looks like Ruthie is still MIA along with 160,000 or so fellow Canadians that have no power! Although we actually received very little on the news here in the US about this storm, it was major and lethal, with hundreds of utility poles being downed by high and sustained winds, and several deaths. So sending hugs to Ruthie that she and her family are safe and she will be back online sometime soon - and all of the rest of my friends that are affected! Stay safe, everyone!

HOWEVER...
Ruthie and I had Workshop #2 scheduled for tomorrow (How to Contribute to a Bundle and Get Invited Back) and that is definitely canceled! We will reschedule as soon as Ruthie is back in business!
|
And...
Today is Day 8 of The Digital Divas May Madness 2022 event, the most recent collaboration with an amazing group of ladies affectionately referred to as "The Digital Divas" - but truthfully? There ain't one Diva attitude in the bunch, which is why I love working with them!
|
Joint Ventures and collaborations were something that I avoided like the plague in my previous corporate life and was very hesitant to try in the PLR niche because past experiences had not been positive ones.
|
However, over the past 2 years, I have been truly blessed to have participated in literally dozens of collabs and JVs, and every one has been a great experience. Even when the event might not have been uber wonderful - the people that I worked with still made the experience a good one.
|
I have participated in giveaways, bundles, summits, small events and big events. Some have been crazy successful, and some not so much but not one was ever a truly bad experience.
|
I've learned soooo much in the last two years, and have met so many wonderful people - it's the first time in more than a decade that I actually look forward to the workday ;-)
|
|
But the best part of it all? Being able to surround myself with people that actually understand what I do for a living!! LOL such a treat to not see that baffled look of confusion when I try to explain PLR or affiliate marketing to the 'uninitiated'.
|
If you have hesitated to do a collaboration in your niche, it's something I really hope you might give a try! Find someone with similar or complementary products and put together a bundle - or do what Ruthie and I have done - neither of us had enough products to do a full funnel on our own - but together, we have now done a couple of launches on Warrior Plus where we each contributed a product to be able to offer a front end and upsell - and it was a major hit!!
|
As Steph from WildflowerDigitals.com mentioned this am in her newsletter - sales are down for everyone, so it's time to get creative. We are part of a huge creative community - get creative, think outside the box and see who you can partner up with to increase business for both of you!
You might be very pleasantly surprised at the outcome - just like I was and am!
