Today is Day 3 of Ruthie's Printable Publisher's Round Table - join us today at 2:00 PM as Ruthie moderates what is always the most popular session: Repurposing Your PLR Content, as everyone brainstorms on ways to utilize and re-purpose the various products in the bundle.

I always love these kinds of 'brainstorming' sessions as everyone comes up with ideas and concepts that are so unique, fun and different!
|
Yesterday was a really interesting discussion on decision making, and how even the tiniest decisions can turn out to be so important - but the worst decision is almost always simply not making one, which is a decision of its own at the core level.
|
Interestingly, everyone on the panel pretty much agreed about one thing: the need to MAKE a decision and take action, even if you need to make a course correction later! Having facts to make an educated decision is great, but if you keep analyzing and re-analyzing those facts - the paralysis of analysis - it becomes an avoidance tactic.
|
One thing I always look at is the possible consequences of NOT making the decision, and almost without exception, that result is usually far more negative than making a decision, even if it might turn out to need some tweaking later.
|
The act of making a decision - ANY DECISION - puts you in control of your own destiny. NOT making the decision puts your fate in the hands of...fate...and takes your control away from you.
|
While it allows you to blame someone/something else for any negative consequences - is that really why you are trying to build your own business? Nope, probably not.
If decision-making still makes you shake in your booties - remember this: no decisions are perfect. Most will need some tweaking sooner or later - and it's a pretty safe bet that none of your business decisions are truly life or death.
|
